Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Account Registration
To access the full range of joyjili services, you must register a player Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:
4.1 Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) joyjili Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. joyjili uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, joyjili reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
4.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. joyjili is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.
4.3 KYC Verification
joyjili may require you to complete a KYC verification process at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, or Voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.
4.4 Account Approval
joyjili reserves the right to decline any Account registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your joyjili Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number or email address.
- You must not share your Account credentials with any other person.
- You must not allow any other person to access or use your joyjili Account.
- You must use a strong, unique password for your joyjili Account and not reuse passwords from other services.
- You must notify joyjili immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
joyjili will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from joyjili that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

joyjili is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, or from your authorisation — express or implied — of another person to access your Account.
Deposits & Payments
All deposits and financial transactions on the joyjili Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The following conditions apply to all deposits:
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods
joyjili currently accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. joyjili reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
6.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on joyjili is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and your Account verification status.
6.3 Own Funds Only
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. joyjili does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
6.4 No Credit or Borrowed Funds
You must not deposit funds that have been obtained through credit facilities, loans, or any form of borrowed money. joyjili strongly discourages gambling with funds you cannot afford to lose.
6.5 Processing Times
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your joyjili Account instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically processed within one to three business hours, subject to the processing schedules of the respective financial institutions.
6.6 Transaction Fees
joyjili does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which joyjili accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals
Players may request withdrawal of their available Balance (excluding any Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) subject to the following conditions:
7.1 KYC Requirement
All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of joyjili's KYC verification process. joyjili reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.
7.2 Withdrawal Method
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. joyjili reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.
7.3 Processing Times
joyjili aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing times of the receiving financial institution. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfers.
7.4 Withdrawal Limits
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your joyjili Account settings. These limits may vary based on your Account verification status and payment method.
7.5 Right to Withhold
joyjili reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or pending KYC verification. In such cases, joyjili will notify the player and may request additional documentation.
Bonuses & Promotions
joyjili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. joyjili reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
- All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited.
- joyjili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
- joyjili reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has abused the bonus system or acted in bad faith.
- Bonuses have no cash value and may not be transferred between players.

Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all games available on the joyjili Platform:
9.1 Game Availability
joyjili reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any game from the Platform at any time without prior notice. Game availability may vary based on your location and Account status.
9.2 Random Number Generation

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the joyjili Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using joyjili to process funds derived from illegal activity.

- Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving gaming services.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing joyjili staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
- Any other conduct that joyjili reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform.
Anti-Money Laundering: joyjili complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities. joyjili cooperates fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies in all investigations.
Responsible Gaming

joyjili shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
- Loss of data or corruption of data.
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
- Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
- Losses arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
- Losses arising from events beyond joyjili's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit joyjili's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
Privacy & Data
joyjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the joyjili Privacy Policy.
